We Built This for the Ones Who Feed Us.
Manifesto
This is for the ones who rise before the city does.
The ones who taste every sauce before service, who close the till at midnight and do the numbers in their head on the drive home. The ones whose margins are thinner than a bread knife, whose days are longer than a double shift, and whose industry loses more businesses every year than it should ever have to.
We have watched an industry that feeds the world be handed technology that does not understand it. Cold tools, built by outsiders, promising disruption instead of relief.
We refuse that deal.
What We Believe
We believe that hospitality is craft. That the line is sacred. That a guest deserves a great night, a team deserves a great shift, and an owner deserves a fighting chance.
We believe AI, built right, can give them all three.
So we built a different kind of intelligence.
Who We Are
Hospitality360™ is the intelligence layer for the restaurant industry. We are not a point-of-sale company. We are not a chatbot. We are not another piece of software asking your team to do more with less.
We are the agentic AI layer that runs alongside every role in your operation — serving your team, protecting your business, and elevating the experience of every guest who walks through your door.
“We exist to return craft, margin, and dignity to the people who feed us.”
Our Foundation
Purpose — Why We Exist
To return craft, margin, and dignity to the people who feed us.
Vision — Where We Are Going
A world in which every restaurant, from a three-table taqueria to a global hotel group, operates with the intelligence, consistency, and peace of mind once reserved for the very largest enterprises.
Mission — What We Do Today
We build the responsible agentic AI platform that runs alongside every role in a restaurant — serving the team, protecting the business, and elevating the guest experience.
The Founding Team

Sheldon Holland — Founder, CEO, Software Engineer
Sheldon built Hospitality360 from the inside out. His conviction is simple: the people who feed the world deserve better tools than the world has given them. He brings both deep technical conviction and ground-level hospitality experience to every decision this company makes.

Gary Whitsett
Founder, CTO & Security
Gary brings two decades of cybersecurity, compliance, and AI integration leadership to Hospitality360 — including scaling a corporate training division from $3M to $8M in under a year. He is the creator of the Beehive Method, a proven framework blending AI, automation, and compliance for secure business growth, and a frequent speaker at national cybersecurity forums including ISSA and the Peak Cyber Conference. Gary ensures that everything Hospitality360 builds is not only intelligent, but secure and compliant by design.

Solomon Antwi
Founder, COO, & Supply Chain
Solomon holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Operations & Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University and brings hands-on operational discipline to Hospitality360 — from lean process design to data-driven forecasting. His background spans warehouse and inventory operations, financial analysis, and credit management, with a consistent record of measurable efficiency gains. Solomon grounds Hospitality360’s intelligence in the operational realities of how work actually gets done.

Aaron Gilmore
Security & Project Management/Product Management
Aaron brings a rare combination of industrial security expertise and project leadership to Hospitality360, including a Department of Defense Cogswell Award for excellence in classified security operations. His experience spans crypto-security, access control, and physical and personnel security management, along with hands-on work as lead project manager and systems designer for automated compliance tools. Aaron ensures that as Hospitality360 builds intelligent systems, they are built to the same rigorous security standard.
The House Standard
Every piece of intelligence Hospitality360 produces is governed by The House Standard — our publicly published charter for responsible, auditable, human-in-the-loop AI. It is the first of its kind in the restaurant industry, and it is non-negotiable.
