Our Commitment to Responsible Agentic AI
Hospitality360™ operates every AI agent in its platform under five public commitments. These are not aspirations. They are measurable standards, audited annually by an independent third party, with findings published in full.
This charter is not a marketing page. It is a governing document. We publish it here, in full, because an industry that runs on trust between people deserves the same trust from its technology.
The Five Commitments
1. HUMAN IN THE HOUSE
Every material decision made by a Hospitality360 agent — pricing changes, menu changes, staff scheduling changes, customer communications — surfaces to a human operator for confirmation before taking effect. We do not ship silent autonomy.
2. EVERY ACTION IS AUDITABLE
Every agent action is logged with a plain-language rationale that the operator can read, search, and export. No black boxes in our house.
3. EVERY ACTION IS REVERSIBLE
Any agent action can be undone by the operator within a defined recovery window. We build the “undo” before we build the feature.
4. THE DATA BELONGS TO THE HOUSE
The operator owns their data. We do not sell it, we do not train foundation models on it without explicit consent, and we provide a full export on 24 hours’ notice, at any time, for any reason.
5. THE STANDARD IS PUBLIC
This charter is published on our website, updated only with 60 days’ public notice, and enforced by an independent Trust Council that includes restaurateurs, AI ethicists, and industry veterans outside our company.
The Trust Council
The House Standard is enforced by an independent Trust Council — restaurateurs, AI ethicists, and industry veterans from outside Hospitality360 — who meet quarterly, have the authority to review our AI decisions, and publish an annual letter to the public.

The Annual Audit
An independent audit firm verifies our adherence to each of the five commitments annually. Findings are published verbatim and unredacted, downloadable as a PDF, on this page.

Changes to This Standard
This charter is updated only with 60 days’ public notice. No change is made quietly. If a revision is ever proposed, the reasoning, the change itself, and the Trust Council’s review will be published here in advance of it taking effect.
The Amber Review
Any AI capability we build that might brush against this Standard is flagged internally before it ships. No Amber-flagged capability goes live without Trust Council review. This is what separates a standard from a tagline.
